Our client is a global leader in end-to-end logistics, providing supply chain solutions for some of the largest brands across Australia. They specialise in warehousing, distribution, and transport services, operating state-of-the-art facilities with strong safety standards and efficient processes.

This site manages high-volume inbound and outbound freight, ensuring reliable delivery performance for national operations. We are looking for Morning and Afternoon shift operators

About Your New Role / Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate counterbalance forklifts with long tines safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload B-doubles
  • Perform freight sortation, staging and dispatch preparation
  • Use RF scanners for accurate tracking
  • Apply correct load restraint methods
  • Follow load plans and ensure safe, balanced loading
  • Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must have a Current Valid LF Licence with minimum 6 months counterbalance experience.
  • Must have a strong warehousing background with a consistent work history.
  • Must have experience working in a fast paced environment keeping up with KPI's.
  • Must be reliable and available to commit to Monday - Friday.
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
